As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at EpicalArc Technology Inc. We’ll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at EpicalArc, you agree to the terms set forth below along with EpicalArc’s Privacy Policy.

– All purchases made through our website or other means directly controlled by EpicalArc are subject to product availability. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel the quantities offered on our website or limit the sales of our products or services to any person, household, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

Return Period
– EpicalArc Technology Inc. allows returns within 30 days from the date of receipt of the item.

Return Condition
– To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and it must be in the original packaging. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like personalized products and custom orders.
*Please note that certain products are marked with a non-returnable notice if a certain packaging is opened. If such a notice is present and the packaging has been removed, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept the item for return or issue a refund.

Return Process
– To initiate a return, please login to your Account and go to Order, you can make refund request on this page. We encourage you to register an account before purchasing. It will be more convenient to manage your purchases and check order histories.
Below is an example to make a refund in your account.
If you don’t have an account with us, please contact our customer service team at customersupport@epicalarc.com with your order number, details about the product you would like to return, and the reason for the return. The customer service team will provide you with instructions on where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid “lost packages” situations.

Refunds
– Upon the receipt of the returned item and a thorough inspection of the condition, a refund will be processed. The refund will be applied to the original payment method. Please note, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping Costs
– You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item except the products you received have quality issues or damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Defective or Damaged Goods
– If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance. We will replace the item or refund the full purchase price, provided the claim is made within 30 days of receipt.

Gifts
– If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
